1. Местоположение- недалеко от моря, но при этом не на дороге. Из балкона открывался вид на море сквозь тропическую растительность. Очень красиво. Сам пляж на мой взгляд лучший на Пхукете - чистейшее море и нет толп туристов как на Кароне и Кате. На пляже достаточно магазинов, кафешек, макашниц, массаж и проч.
2. Комната оснащена всей необходимой техникой, включая плиту, тостер, микроволновку, утюг, чайник и стиральную машину. Мебель новая, в комнате светло и комфортно. В комнате и санузле было очень чисто (готовился к худшему, прочитав некоторые негативные отзывы, но в реальности придраться было не к чему).
3. Очень отзывчивый, приветливый персонал. Попросили поздний выезд - предоставили без проблем.
Двуспальная кровать на мой взгляд узковата, хотелось бы пошире. Матрас жесткий, но это практически везде в Таиланде.

Big apartment, 5 min from the beach. Microwave, fridge and toaster. Quiet. Balcony. Good WiFi and AC. Big comfy bed.
There is no cleaning service, after some days in a beach destination it was inevitable for sand to be everywhere. No cooking facilities, which forces you to eat out every meal. Barely can see the sea from the balcony. Smelly sofa. A table with chairs would have been great.

The proximity to a nice beach and convenience of nearby restaurants, stalls and massage service

Amenities, bed , Pvt pool (next year), Ocean view-sometimes when the trees are moving, garden (Umm where)? Forest must mean garden and Thai. The balcony was not very clean. Sorry but I went for the Oceanview and the private pool. Oh well live & learn. @ least it was cheap!!
