Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. It has everything we need and the two bathrooms are a game changer! Loved the quick walk to the beach.
Parking a bit tricky but we managed to fine somewhere very nearby so nota major problem

The location was perfect for the location of the family wedding and reception/party we were attending. The beds were comfortable and clean.
It hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was sand on the floor, dining table, the fireplace slab, dresser, bedside tables were thick with dust, the cooker job was visibly dirty, there was a carrier bag with old cushions left out in the living area and a glass still in the sink. Worst was there was a pair of ladies pants sticking out from the back of the chest of drawers in the bedroom to the skirting board. Sadly i took mostly video and I can’t upload them so just posting the couple of photos I took. I gave feedback to the property and they’ve apologised for the oversight
