About this house rental
From the entrance, you will dive into the heart of a building steeped in history and family footprints of nearly twenty generations and succumb to the cozy atmosphere and tastefully revisited by the owners very attached to this high place of local heritage. .
The ground floor is defined by a large entrance hall serving on the right a living room / boudoir with TV, wifi connection and in a row on the garden side a 1st bright 20m2 bedroom with 140 bed and desk. On your left, you will find a welcoming and large dining room with independent country style fully equipped kitchen with access to the private garden, a separate toilet.
Upstairs still in a cozy and uncluttered atmosphere, a large hall serving on the right a second bedroom of 25m² with 160 bed, on the left a 3rd bedroom of 25m² with two 90 beds with children's theme. On the garden side, a 4th bedroom of 20m² with a 140 cm bed, office and large adjoining bathroom and a 5th central bedroom of 15m² with a 140 cm bed, following a large and bright bathroom with toilet and basin, completes the beautiful volumes.
The exteriors are quite remarkable and very pleasant, they consist of a terrace sheltered by two large parasols with a relaxation area: garden furniture, deckchairs... a dining area with gas planxa...the whole giving the magnificent French garden with trees bringing you privacy, serenity and well-being for your family holidays.
Private and secure parking 2 places 30 meters from the house.
In summary, a very nice family rental in the center of a typical Catalan village with its amenities and 5 minutes from the beaches, in a quiet, unique place steeped in history!!!
Sheets are optional at the price of 10€ per set on request at the time of booking. Towels are not provided.
Tourist tax at 2€/night and per adult.
A degradation deposit check of 1500€ will be requested.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2019 zu Gast in Alenya in
diesem phantastischen Haus,
mitten im Dorf mit allen Notwendigkeiten in Fußlage und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist bis auf viele Antiquitäten modern eingerichtet und in neuwertigem Zustand.
Von hochwertigen Frottee Handtüchern bis angenehmer Bettwäsche und Matratzen ist alles Tip top.
Der abgeschlossene Garten ist parkähnlich angelegt.
Unser Hund (über 30 kg schwer) hatte seinen Spaß und konnte nicht abrücken.
Der nahe gelegene Strand ist weitläufig nicht überfüllt und
total sauber.
Alles in Allem WUNDERBAR und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt!

très bel accueil, maison de caractère spacieuse, confortable, chargée d'histoire
la rénovation est faite avec beaucoup de gout et il est agréable d'y séjourner lorsqu'il fait très chaud, les murs épais permettent de conserver la chaleur
les plages ne sont pas loin mais les visites de sites autour restent possibles et très accessibles
nous garderons un agréable souvenir de notre séjour et sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons

Parfaitement conforme à la présentation, la location nous a apporté toutes les satisfactions que nous avions imaginées. Tant par la qualité des équipements que par le volume des lieux (intérieur et extérieur), tout concourt au dépaysement estival. D'autre part la région offre une multitude d'options pour satisfaire les activités de plage, de découvertes touristiques ou de simple repos. L'accueil enfin aura complété la grande satisfaction de tous.
