Le parquet est d'origine donc on entend marcher au dessus de nous, donc reveillé par les voisins du dessus... Il faut apporter son propre papier WC et son gel douche

A proximité des thermes AIGA et de la fôret de Chatel, belle bâtisse bénéficiant d'une très belle rénovation extérieure et intérieure pour le plus grand confort des voyageurs, très bon accueil et bonne communication avec les hôtes, le fauteuil convertible est très confortable

Séjour parfait

La résidence Plaisance est une vaste demeure ancienne, magnifiquement rénovée et décorée. Les lits sont confortables. Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, équipement très complet, il ne manque rien. Ascenseur pour les étages et, cerise sur le gâteau, la climatisation ! Un vrai bonheur par temps de canicule. La résidence est très proche du centre-ville et la région est magnifique. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner à Châtel-Guyon dans ces conditions. Merci à nos hôtes pour la qualité de leur accueil ! Christèle

Pas grand-chose

Accueil, la dame était clairement pressé de quitter son travail. En 4 jours, jamais vu quelqu’un au comptoir, pour un 3 étoiles… un peu limite. Emplacement dans un rond point avec une circulation dense donc balcon inutile. Lave vaisselle, pourquoi ? Il y a 4 verres… Matelas mou, pas de place pour la valise dans la chambre. Papier toilette non compris, pas de savon, même pas un pot de sel. Comment ces étoiles ont été obtenues !?

La localisation. la kitchenette la décoration rapport prix pour un appartement.

Le parquet, c'est vraiment trop bruyant. Insonorisation, on entend les voisins et encore et surtout leur parquet qui grince. Propreté assez moyenne: A notre arrivée, vaisselle sale, miettes sur le sol .
