Great location on the river with good fishing. House was clean and comfortable and check-in was easy. Close to Heber Springs.

Cozy and welcoming place. We loved the outdoor area on the deck and along the River. We plan to be back.

I should have paid more attention. There is nowhere to fish from this property. No dock just a bottleneck bit of river that is way too fast to fish in. We couldn’t figure out if it was a renovated trailer or just an old house. Shower was crazy small. Random dogs coming up to the house (so much so there’s a note they’ll take your stuff from the porch). Grossly overpriced.
