About this house rental
A beautiful home designed for comfort and style! You will see that the floor plan is open and the decor is bright. Rich hardwood floors are throughout. The first floor has a wide entrance hallway with the kitchen, dining room, family room, and bath. The designer kitchen has a breakfast bar with 6 bar stools. It is open to the large dining room with a table with 8 chairs. The family room has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The second floor has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room; a king size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath, the second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a pyamid bunk bed (full size bed with a single bunk above). A full hall bath and a den with a sofa bed is on this floor as well. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king sized bed and the other has two twin beds. Another full bath is on this floor. All the bedrooms have TV s. There is an outside shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. There is a parking pad for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. Make your summer memories here and start a tradition!Please note that a cleaning fee of $350 and a Damage Waiver Fee of $125 will be added to all rental agreements. Cape May at Christmas is beautiful! This home allowed us to gather with family over the holidays. Spacious kitchen and open floor plan were perfect for entertaining. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The red pull-out couch is in a room with a door which was a nice surprise. Loved our morning jogs to the beach and boardwalk.

8 of us stayed at this rental for a girls trip in October. Not only was it everything we had hoped but better! Immaculately cleaned, professional and friendly team through the entire rental process. The home is open and roomy, the decks & yard are gorgeous and welcoming. We would come back in a heart beat! Top shelf A++++++

We all enjoyed this home! Very clean, lots of space and great location.As coordinator of a group, that were all paying into the rental, I had some difficulty with getting correct pricing. I booked through VRBO but ended up with a rental agreement through a realtor. A few extra fees were added and I had to do several recalculations with my group. Just annoying when you think you have a price and it changes by a few hundred dollars.
