About this apartment rental
Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds.

Colin was a wonderful host. Excellent communication and he was very accommodating with a last minute change in plans. The screened in deck with comfortable rocking chairs overlooking the golf course was a very peaceful spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets.We would recommend staying here again.

The condo was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We especially appreciated the state park pass. The only improvement I would suggest is a window covering for the sliding door to block the afternoon and early evening sun. It was uncomfortably bright this time of year.

I have stated here several times and its one of my favorite spots. Right on the water, quiet and peaceful.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo for three nights. We were very comfortable and the location was perfect. We would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Everything went smoothly. Heads up, don’t swim in the small lake in the back. I saw a small alligator swimming around.
