The apartment is in an almost new building, and the apartment itself is new, apart from the furniture, but it is also ok. The owner was really nice. It was really comfortable for two persons. The city of Rijeka and Opatija are about 15 minutes away by car, so you have the possibility to choose which beach to go to from many beaches nearby.
The furniture in the living / dining room was a bit impractical. The terrace is really big and comfortable, but unfortunately without a view. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. As you can see on the map, the apartment is a bit far away from everything, I do not recommend it if you are without a car.

The views were beautiful... Angela was very very hospitable and friendly.. a really lovely lady..made us feel very welcome wine and fruit on arrival, then doughnuts the next day.then a box of chocolates when we were leaving . the apartment was very clean.
When we arrived.. and saw the apartments we thought yes this is amazing... but our apartment was obviously used for a business.. as we had desks, the seats were office chairs, lighting was business lights, there were white boards as well. Just didn’t feel very homely...
