Come share our cabin getaway in Strawberry, AZ! Enjoy our HUGE deck by firing up the grill, cozying up to the fire or stargazing in cooler weather. A split floor plan features a master bedroom and guest bedroom on the first floor. The upstairs bedroom/loft features two twin beds and an extra nook with beanbags for fun and games! Spectacular views from every room of Tonto National Forest’s ponderosa pines. The house has a brand new gas furnace (warmer than electric heaters!) and AC wall unit on the first floor. If you're looking for a more rustic feel, fire up the wood burning stove on a cold winter day. Just miles from Fossil Creek Wilderness Area and the AZ Trail, spend your vacation hiking endless trails, or just relax at home with 360 degree views! Enjoy all four seasons just 100 miles north of the valley.

This was a very cute place. The kitchen was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The appliances were all practically new, and the views of the trees were lovely. We enjoyed playing/ eating /relaxing on the deck. There just needs a little love in the outside areas. They were overgrown with weeds, including foxtails, so we didn’t have much space for our pup to do her business. We couldn’t get to the place where the red chairs were, so no hammock time either. The doggy door on the back door doesn’t lock, so that gave me a pause, especially with kids. We did hear the scamp of a little critter in the ceiling on our last night there. Though, we never saw anything and our food was tightly sealed up. (It’s the woods, so I imagine it’s something you run into when a place is empty or quiet from time to time.) The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. The stars are breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway from the Valley. Quiet, peaceful, and the property / cabin are very well maintained so there were no concerns. Highly recommended.

I’m not one to do reviews but we really enjoyed our time in Strawberry but the 2 bad things were that my two kids couldn’t sleep upstairs air conditioning was a small on the wall air conditioning that didn’t reach upstairs only in the kitchen and area where the couch was even if we lowered it .. also a couple of windows including kitchen window did not lock so because of this we wouldn’t stay there again.
