Welcome to our serene, family-friendly beachfront apartment—just 130 ft from the sand! Located in a private, secure building with 5 independent units at the entrance to the beach & Hollywood Boardwalk. Apt. 4B is on the ground floor—no stairs for easy access. Per city rules: suitable for 1 couple or 2 adults, or 1 adult with up to 2 children under age 4. Children over age 4 are considered adults.

We loved the place and location. It was perfectly clean and everything we needed. They provided us with beach towels, beach chairs and a good quality umbrella that helped us a lot. Olga is very responsive host. We didn’t know what to expect around this time of the year at hollywood beach but weather also turned out to be perfect. So we loved the stay and place. Definitely recommend it! 👍

We had a great stay, the apartment is just about 100 steps from the beach, at the very end of the broadwalk. It is about 3/4 down the broadwalk to a little store, nightclub and bike rental shop and a little over a mile to get to Margarittaville-and the bandstand. This apartment is on the quiet end of the broadwalk, for sure. My hubby and I didn't mind the walk. You can not really see the water from the apartment, and there is no outside seating, for this apartment on the broadwalk side of the building. There is a nice, side area to sit in, but it is enclosed and has only the view of the back of the building. The inside space was clean and nice. Enough space for my husband and I, but would be tight with anymore people. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed for small meals. It was great having beach towels available. There were also "camp" style chairs to take to the beach. There were 2 beach style chairs, but both were broken. The beach blanket that was in the closet, was nice to have in the sand also.

Quiet and clean

Quiet and clean

We had a wonderful visit, would recommend this home for a quiet stay. It is on the very end of the broad walk past Hollywood resort and Alvin’s restaurant, the washer and dryer are outside and is an extra charge per stay. Olga was very nice and stayed in contact with us the whole time, check in was very easy. Plenty of room in the unit and everything you need, cooler, towels, chairs, cable and internet. Thank you again!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The apartment was very private and quiet, yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was just the right size for cooking simple meals so I didn't have to dine out all the time. Parking was also convenient, I never had an issue with finding a spot on the street close to the apartment. Olga made it very clear on how to obtain a city parking permit for the week and even supplied a printer for printing out the parking permit. I would definitely try to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

This apartment was exactly as described. Right on the beach very small but had all the amenities needed for our stay for the week. My 21 year old daughter came along and slept comfortably on the sleeper sofa. Olga was very attentive to all our needs and was just a text away. The most considerable aspect was that a wireless printer is provided in the bedroom. This was a plus as there is only meter parking since you are on the beach. The directions were clearly printed so that you can purchase a guest pass for the week, print and place it on your vehicle. Great when arriving late as it would be very cumbersome if we had to find a local office just to be able to print. The neighborhood was very quiet as the place is at the beginning of the boardwalk. Great morning walks and lots of shops open along the way to grab your coffee or have breakfast. There are bike rental shops for those who want to explore the full length of the boardwalk if you do not want to walk it. Many good places to eat. Margaritaville Restaurant Resort is about 20min walk from the apartment. The beach was good, but did not get to swim due to high winds, and RIP currents. Never the less, We were still able to enjoy the breeze and the warmth of the sun. The beach chairs Olga provided came in handy. We had a great Christmas week at the apartment and at this family friendly beach area. Finally, if I were to suggest one thing, I would recommend that a TV be added in the bedroom as well as a mirror. Thank You and Happy New Year
