Eine sehr grosse Wohnung die wir nur teilweise nutzten. Ordentliches Doppelbett, abgeschlossene Sammelgarage ohne extra Kosten. Mit Öffis Murcia gut erreichbar.
Wie viele spanische Wohnungen recht hellhörig und im Januar schwer zu erwärmen.

Una buena alternativa al centro de Murcia. Muy bien comunicado en coche para alojarte cerca de la ciudad y poder desplazarte a otros entornos. La montaña está muy cerca. Dispone de garaje, aunque no lo usamos porque encontramos sitio en la calle
Algo de ruido en el entorno de la vivienda por estar en el centro de la pedanía de la Alberca.
