中心部に近くて便利。
駐車場が近くにあり便利だったが、微妙に価格が違い初日は2800円かと思っていたら3600円払った。駐車場の提携があれば便利。

事前に連絡したら、荷物も預かってくれたが、その場所がわかりづらい

由於是民宅而且到的時候是晚上，所以花了一點時間才找到入口。整體非常舒適，雖然有點小，但客廳、餐廳、洗衣間、浴室、房間都一應俱全，每個區域都有暖氣設施。床與枕頭真的很軟而且很暖和。也有準備洗衣精，洗衣非常方便。洗澡的水壓很足，水量很大，熱水也非常熱。還有貼心準備鍋碗瓢盆，外加電磁爐、烤箱、冰箱及快煮壺。
隔音必須要說蠻差的，樓上的人的腳步聲聽得很清楚。電壓好像不穩，客廳的燈常常會閃爍。床墊可能需要更換了，彈簧的支撐力不足。一樓有個很重的煤油味，請檢查是否有煤油外溢。

Location, which is close to the subway and the Sapporo city centre, was very convenient for shopping, sightseeing, eating out and catching up with friends. If you are out all day and come back to the accommodation just to sleep, it's a real value for money.
The whole building is dated and had a slightly spooky feel to it.
