You'll be two miles northeast of shops, eateries, restaurants, and galleries in downtown Saugatuck and only a mile further from downtown Douglas. The sparkling Lake Michigan shoreline of Saugatuck Dunes State Park is two miles northwest, and two of the area's most beloved beaches - Oval Beach and Douglas Beach - are within a four-mile drive.

Dock details: Due to the extremely high water levels on Goshorn Lake, the Board is requesting that everyone stay off the dock until further notice. The high water level has made the dock unstable and safety for all co-owners and visitors is a top priority.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved this house! So charming and a great place to vacation. Only negative is that the community pool and our hot tub were not clean.

The cabin itself was plenty big enough for our family of 7! Our kids had plenty to do to keep themselves occupied. We loved spending time out on the back screened in porch with the hot tub. It was walking distance to the community pool, ice cream shop, dune rides, and coffee shop. If you are a jogger/biker there is a nice paved sidewalk going into Saugatuck.

The cabin is so cozy and in a great location to enjoy Saugatuck, MI.
However, we rented the property for a
2 day getaway “to rest after the holidays, and use the hot tub” . Shortly after we arrived we realized the hot tub was unusable as the water was very cloudy and clearly needed attention.
We called the Vacasa help line and were told someone would reach out from their maintenance team. But no one called.
We called 2 more times that day but no one called back to trouble shoot our problem.
So, we weren’t able to use the hot tub at all -which was a main reason we rented this property. Vacasa never called us to discuss our concern, attempt to help us or even apologize. We are home now and disappointed. The cabin was cute and the area is great but the property managers are
non-responsive and our trip was not as enjoyable due to their indifference.
