The staff are very friendly and I was allowed into my room early.
There is no lift. Narrow windy stairs. Rooms are small but adaquate

The room was of a good size and was clean and comfortable, there was always hot water in the shower and staff were friendly and helpful, I think the property represents good value for money, it wasn't far from Yenikapi metro station which gives access to the comprehensive Istanbul metro and rail system. There are lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel.
The Wifi wasn't very good and communication could have been better.
