Le village, proximite de la plage, des restaurants ( cafeteria). Service de streaming. Les voisins qui disent bonjour facilement.
A ce prix, on est exigent. Il n y a qu une petite fenêtre qui s ouvre sur l' extérieur dans tout l appartement. Les stores sont cassés, on ne peut pas les relever. On a une impression de manque d air et il faut la lumière toute la journée. Pas d essuie main dans la cuisine. Aucune insonorisation, on entend bien les voisins. L électroménager est vraiment très bas de gamme, et très peu de couvert, vaisselle. La salle de bain n etait pas très nette.
