Localização para turismo, lugar muito abandonado. Sem ventilação e iluminação natural no quarto. Limitação de horário para entrar. Equipamentos velhos.

Preço bom, limpeza muito bom, tudo cheiroso e custo benefício fantástico cortesia do proprietário sensacional Sr Wilson e Wellington gente bonissima.
O cuidador que fica na recepção demora comparecer pra abrir o portão, o mesmo fica trancado. O local é uma rua bem morta, bairro comercial e bohemio não tem nada funcionando perto, bem deserto o local os únicos movimentos que a gente ver por ali são moradores de rua circulando na região.

Barato, quarto confortavel
Utensilhos de cozinha e panelas precárias, tv antiga, funcionarios invasivos (nao todos mas 2 de 3). Agua potavel com gosto duvidoso, microondas precario. Cortina nao fixa e o ventilador faz ela voar e o quarto fica completamente iluminado enquanto ventilador estiver ligado
