The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, a dining room and a living room. In addition there is an extra room with two arm-chairs that can be converted into comfortable beds accommodating two extra people, and a small store room.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and space under the stairs for the laundry machine.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, its own bathroom and access to small balcony.
The other bedroom has two twin beds, its own bathroom and access to large terrace.
The ground floor rooms have access to a large,250sq metres, fenced
yard surrounded by olive trees. There is a 4x8m swimming pool, BBQ and a dinner table, fully equipped.
