Gorgeous 2nd floor gulf front condo within walking distance to Pier Park and Top Golf! Dog friendly! (Small grass dog area on site on the right side of the building. Approx 70 lbs or less. Check dog fee box on VRBO.) 3/15-10/31 we will provide 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella on the beach for guests! Stunning kitchen features quartz countertops & island. Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Memory foam sleeper sofa & fold down murphy bed. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing views from your balcony! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

Place was great, beach decor, bed was so comfy! Right on the beach and in the heart of the fun! Mostly everything is in walking distance and the beaches are beautiful! Jeff is quick to respond with any questions I had. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella put out for you everyday of your stay is the best! The beach is not over crowded where the condo is everyone was nice. Our pup also had a blast and enjoyed the dog beach also within walking distance. And sunny herself on the balcony! Will satay again her or one of the other few the own there.

Property exactly as described. Great unobstructed view of beach. Very nicely decorated and the owner was fantastic to communicate with. Everything needed to have a enjoyable, relaxing stay. We can't wait to have a return visit soon. Pet friendly accommodations were a major bonus for us as well. Thanks for a memorable stay!!!

Nicely decorated and clean. Loved the option of pet friendly and being able to walk to different places. We enjoyed the ocean views and the beautiful sunsets.
The downside is that we went during college spring break. Would not recommend staying during this time of year. During our stay there was loud karaoke until 12:00 am across street, heard a couple of domestic fights close to our unit, heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic starting around 6:00 pm, and was a gun shot incident at Pier Park.
New fire alarm system was recently installed and went off 4 times which I'm sure will be worked out since it's new.
