Great central location and apartment

Great central location with easy access to bars and restaurants though we chose to eat a little further afield in Gasthaus Zum Schwarzbachhof on Soutyhofstraße 9 as wanted tasty German fare at honest prices and it was one of the few places open on a Sunday! Private parking spot right in front of the apartment block - a real bonus! The apartment was nice and spacious (though watch out for low ceiling if you sleep on the windows side!) Lovely cosy feel. Wonderfully comfortable firm bed and pillows. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of hot water. Super clean. Landlord very quick to communicate

The downside of being so close to the centre is the very early morning noise, mainly outdoors! The barrier in front of the pedestrianised zone was down when we arrived - it was Sunday afternoon - so one of us had to walk to the apartment block a few minutes walk away, to access the pass (chip) from the safety box and walk back to open the barrier. Difficult if no parking available to wait for the barrier pass!

Newly renovated apartment in the center of this cute town. Parking was really nice and easy, great stay overall! Communication with the host was also great. I definitively can recommend!

Exceptional

Excellent location, right in the old section of town. Restaurants/Bars/Cafes/Pubs/Konditeries and really incredible shopping. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and is spacious. Plenty of amenities such as a number of coffee machines, cutlery and crockery. Very clean and tidy too. Parking is available and is included in the price. Definitely one of the better places we've been to.

Smart and central and super clean

Extremely clean, nicely decorated. Great to have a separate kitchen with small dining table. Very central so not surprised that it was quite noisy outside as it was Saturday night.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage und verfügt über einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles war äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – und sogar noch mehr. Ich habe es noch nie erlebt, dass sogar Zahnbürste und Shampoo zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr angenehm, ausführlich und freundlich. Die Anfahrt wurde sehr genau beschrieben, sodass alles problemlos geklappt hat. Immer wieder gerne!

Eine sehr schöne kleine Stadtwohnung mit einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Sehr sauber, eine absolut freundliche Vermieterin. Besonders praktisch ist der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Leider sind für uns die Matratzen im Bett etwas zu weich und in Verbindung mit dem dicken flauschigen Kissen, ist es für mich als jemand der auf dem Bauch schläft nicht ganz so bequem.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage!

Ich habe die Wohnung für meinen Mann gebucht und er hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Parkplatz in der Nähe war sehr praktisch, weil Parken in der Innenstadt doch nicht auch so einfach ist. Auch über den kleinen bereitgestellten Snack hat er sich sehr gefreut! Vielen herzlichen Dank!!

Zuallererst Frau Bach: freundlich, fröhlich, hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, dafür sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgesprochen funktional. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen.

Toller Kurztrip mit Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen

Das Studio ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Saarlouis. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Mittendrin statt nur dabei. Die Wohnung sehr schön, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Zentrale Lage, mit Parkplatz und eine gute Ausstattung.

Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin war sehr gut, auch die allg. Ausstattung der Wohnung. Allerdings war die Wohnung im 3 Stock unter dem Dach und in anbetracht der Sommerhitze, war es unangenehm heiß, trotz Ventilator und Lüften der Fenster. Zudem war es bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut, durch die Gastronomie im Umfeld und morgens durch Lieferfahrzeuge in der Fussgängerzone. Dies dürfte aufgrund der Hitze jedoch eine Ausnahme gewesen sein!!! Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet !!!

Wie schon beschrieben der 3 Stock und die Lage unter dem Dach und auch die Duschkabine, die wir als sehr eng empfunden haben.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr ansprechend. Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für unseren Kurztrip nach Saarlouis. Gerne wieder.

Een ruim onderkomen op een centrale plek

Als je niet opziet tegen een klim naar de 3e verdieping, kom je in een ruim en zeer schoon appartement dat van alles is voorzien. Het ligt in een wijk met veel terrassen, eetgelegenheden en winkeltjes. De auto kun je gratis voor de deur kwijt. De communicatie met eigenaar gaat snel en zeer behulpzaam. Bij een klein technisch probleem stond mevr. Bach na 10 minuten voor de deur.

Om de sleutel van de slagboom voor de voetgangerszone te krijgen, moet je eerst de auto parkeren en in 5 minuten naar de woning lopen om de sleutelaar op te halen. Maar dan heb je wel de auto voor de deur en kun je onbeperkt de auto gebruiken

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Saarlouis

Sehr gute Ausstattung sogar Zahnbürsten vorhanden . Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sie hat mir sogar mein vergessenes Ladekabel proaktiv zurück geschickt , sogar bevor es mir aufgefallen ist, vielen Dank dafür nochmals!

Nettes kleines Studio im Herzen der Stadt

Die Lage ist natürlich extraklasse. Direkt in der Innenstadt mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Tür. Was will man mehr? Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Sauberes Badezimmer mit vielen Hygiene- und Duschartikeln extra. Bequemes Bett.

Zweite Nachttischlampe und Steckdose an einer Bettseite wäre von Vorteil.
