Set within the hugely popular Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers panoramic views of the surrounding area especially from our private balcony.
Situated only three miles from Disney, it is ideally located for those guests not wishing to drive but who prefer to use rideshare such as Uber or Lyft.
The Space:
A perfect place to stay after a busy day at the parks, whether you choose to use the large pool with pirate ship, water slides and poolside bar or relax by the secondary pool only a short walk from the condo building, Lake Buena Vista resort has it all. There is an Irish themed bar & grill or a Pizza Hut Express should you wish to dine in or takeout. There is the nearby option of shopping at the walkable Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores outlet. Situated on the ground floor of the building, it sits adjacent to the quieter secondary pool of the resort. It’s perfect location making it easy to pop back into the condo for cool refreshments etc. The accommodation comprises of one king master suite, one double bedroom and one room with two twin beds. A second bathroom is shared by the second and third bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster & coffee maker as well as a dining table with 6 seats. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are also provided for your comfort. There is also ample free on-site car parking with EV charge points less than a mile away. Please note that a resort fee of $49 per day.

Kevin was quick to answer any questions. The rooms were clean and neat. Loved the corner unit. The key location was an issue, and it never worked. All other information was accurate and helpful. We did attempt to vacuum the floors, but we couldn't get the vacuum to work for us... probably our fault.

Communication was good. I needed to extend my stay just after booking and I was accommodated and notified within a short time. The place is a little dated and needs a facelift. It could use a paint job, new furniture and carpets. But it wasn’t anything that affected our stay and it didn’t ruin or damper our vacation. We spend most of our time out and about so the rooms are

Decent place to stay for the price, could definitely use a few upgrades though. The shower in the master bath has no curtain or door so water does leak out into the whole bathroom area, we laid towels down to soak it up. The shower in the other bathroom barely has pressure. The handle on the kitchen sink needs to be replaced or at least a screw pin put in, it works but is very loose and needs to be turned off to change water temp. The washer is really loud, only use if you won’t be there. All the furniture is at the end of its life so hopefully owner replaces soon, the one chair in tv area, my teen sat in, I thought was going to break-she weighs all of 110lbs.
While it could use the upgrades this place was clean, with plenty of space, check in process was super easy-no lobby interaction involved, and super close to all things Disney, Universal, airport and convention center.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The first time was AMAZING, same with the second. However this last trip was not. We messaged the owner/manager about there being absolutely no towels and still have not got a response. The very last day my husband went to do a load of laundry and opened the dryer and there were smelly towels, not sure if they had been washed and not dried by cleaners? Then the over all cleanliness was not up to usual standards throughout the property. There was trash in the stairwell that sat there for almost our entire 11 day stay, food left in hallways, kids throwing donuts at each other and those donuts stayed on the floor getting walked on and ignored for about 5 days. We reached out multiple times and never got any reply. To say we were disappointed is honestly an understatement, we look forward to staying at LBVSR every other year and in 27 when we come back we might look into a different property.
