About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of the Placencia peninsula Casa Bella boasts partial views of both the Caribbean ocean and the lagoon . This 4900 square foot home is located in the Placencia Residence which is across the street from the beachfront Placencia Hotel. The location is unique in that it offers partial views of the Caribbean ocean from the back of the house and Maya mountains from the front.
Upon entering the home through the main double doors you will be greeted by a living room with high ceiling and glass doors that draw attention to beautiful views beyond. Next, something sparkly catches your attention. It’s the crystal chandelier and lights which adorn the dining room and kitchen counter. The sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room open to a covered balcony with balusters. Also on the same floor is the master suite. It features a king bed, walk in closet, and master bath with double sinks , whirlpool tub and separate shower. The bedroom is connected to its private balcony too. There is also a powder bath and laundry room on this level.
The ground floor is another oasis. A large living room with its own bar area and sink offers seclusion from the group upstairs. On the same floor are the two spacious bedrooms with their own walk in closets. There is also a large bathroom with double showers and double sinks. The garage contains some fishing equipments and bikes for guests to use.
On the third floor are two additional bedrooms, each offering spacious walk in closets and beautiful views. The room with Caribbean views has a walk out balcony. There is a bathroom with double sinks and bath tub/shower as well.
The villa is well equipped with kitchen essentials you will need to prepare home cooked meals. Each 5-7 day rental will include one day of private chef service.
There is wireless internet.
You and your companions will have privileges at the Placencia Hotel. This beautiful resort has one of the largest pool in all of Belize. It has a swim up bar and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. The restaurant offers very good food. You can dine poolside, over the water at the palapa or indoors in the elegant hotel dining room.
One midweek housekeeping service comes with a weekly rental. Should you need any assistance during your stay ,the property manager is close by to offer help.
The villa is only available for vacation rental. We do not accept events or parties. Absolutely no smoking or pets are permitted on the property.

The spotless house is incredibly beautiful with views of the ocean in a very safe neighborhood. We made use of facilities of resort across the street every day! chef, Domingo, created for us the best meals we had during the entire stay. So incredibly tasty! I have never had such a positive connection with the host, Catherine, who bent over backward to make our stay pleasant and worry free.

We went as a group of 12 (three families of 4) over our Spring Break and had a great week in Placencia! The house was perfect for our group…it was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Catherine, the owner, is lovely and provided some great recommendations for activities. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, she promptly addressed it. The resort pool and beach are just a few minutes walk from the house. Our kids loved the pool and playing volleyball on the beach. This house is a great base for all that Belize has to offer…both on the water (fishing, snorkeling, catamaran) and in the jungle (zip lining, hiking, etc.). We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Well appointed, beautiful and very clean home. Loved having access to all the amenities of the resort, yet the privacy of a stand alone home. Catherine, the homeowner, was quick to respond even months before our stay to any question we had, as well as offering several suggestions for the local area. All I can say about Catherine is it was much more like working with a good friend, she was kind and thoughtful. Kai and Kimberly (the local contacts) were also lovely and responsive.
