You will love this modern home with all the amenities. This newly built, open floor plan home is bright, comfortable and airy. Enjoy cooking or dining with family and friends in the modern main floor kitchen with a beautiful view out onto Georgian Bay. Relax in either of two family rooms, or on the spacious deck. Day dream the afternoon away while enjoying the views of nearby Beausoleil Island. Enjoy the fresh water beach and swimming during the day, or simply pull up a chair and bask in the summer sun. In the evening gather family and friends for a bon fire and marvel in the wonder of a star lit sky.

We would give it more stars if we could. Owner communication was exceptional and appreciated before arrival, during and after leaving. The house and beach area are both perfect and the pictures do not do them justice. Everything was clean and comfortable and I can't think of anything one might need that was not provided. Perfect holiday home for all ages and furry loved ones as well. Thanks!

Perfect cottage for our family vacation. A beautiful cottage on the waterfront with a small private beach. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We will be back next year.

Beautiful location, the Cottage is beautiful too, it has everything you need and more, it is tastefully furnished, and clearly everything has been given much thought through for your every need. From the keyless entry to the Google Nest and Google speakers! It was perfect! We was sad to leave and can’t wait to visit again (when you get an available week!) Host is also a pleasure and communicates well and clearly knows a thing or two about service and providing you with first class! Thanks so much we are so glad we found you! Perfect place to switch off and relax!
