Accommodation: The Belvedere residence is a quiet building from the 70s in the Aiguilles district, at an altitude of 1650 m in the station of Plan-Peisey. The accommodation is panoramic and offers southeast to southwest. The ski slopes are just 50 metres away and within 100 metres you will find the resort centre, the ski school and shops.Bright apartment of 31m2, classified 2*, fully renovated, located on the 4th floor without elevator (entrance to the 3rd) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, bordering the slopes. Rented for 4-5 persons, it consists of an entrance with a fold-down bed 1 person, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet, a kitchen area overlooking a living room with a sofa bed.The apartment is exposed Southwest and access to the slopes is immediate. Equipment: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction plates. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps: 2 single beds, 1 set of pullaway beds, 1 foldaway bedSanitaries: a separate shower room and toiletPossibility to use the closed and uncovered parking lot at the feet of the residence depending on availability and without reservation.Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissue loieties should not be removed from clean beds. Beds must be unladen correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed.
