This bright and airy home, located in a quiet neighborhood has lots of space and suitable for a family of up to 6 people. Sitting less than 8 miles from Disney and less than a mile to the multiple shopping & dining experiences located at Rolling Oaks and Sunset Walk, this home is also ideally situated for those who wish to either drive or use drive-share such as Uber or Lyft. It is also less than a mile to the nearby H20 water park.
The Space:
Bedroom 1 is a spacious master with King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom, with garden tub and separate shower.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin bedrooms and share the second bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with all of the required essential items such as refrigerator, stove, oven microwave etc, it also has a breakfast nook with dining table and seating for 6. An open-plan living room with large screen TV and a separate dining area, this Kissimmee vacation home offers plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. The large, private pool with extra-large patio, is not overlooked by rear neighbors, it also offers a conservation outlook making this home perfect for your Florida vacation. The home is in a prime location for the parks and all the excitement of the Disney Area. Shopping and dining just a short drive away. Parking for two sedan size vehicles available in the driveway.

Entire house. All the community amenities, free of charge.
Other Things to Note:
The pool may be heated for an additional $50 per day, a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. For last-minute requests, there is an extra $30 trip fee.

The house was layed out great with plenty of space to spread out and lounge. While the landscaping needs some tlc, the furnishings and back patio were perfect.

Perfect accommodation for my family of 5. Loved the layout of the house. Clean. The location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Less than 10 minutes away from Target to pickup all our essentials. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Decor was outdated. People before us must not have taken the trash out on trash day because it was very full upon arrival. Overall this was a great budget friendly option.
