it was very spacious and nearby the lake/the main downtown area. very tropical-feeling area for Europe. was also walking distance from the train station. provided us with shampoo and body wash. nice kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, stoves, etc. no oven that I can remember. staff was great at responding to our needs quickly. a kitchen made it super easy for us to cook at home instead of eating out, as it is incredibly expensive in Switzerland. the balcony was pleasant in the morning.
we didn’t have a super large view of the lake but the small view we had was nice. there also was no air conditioning even though it said it had one. however, we had two fans that kept up cool at night if we left the windows open. we were also right next to the train station and bells so the noise from those wasn’t great. however, they did not bother us in the middle of the night which was good.
