Stylish Apt in Saldanha Central Lisbon Living

Appartamento assolutamente perfetto. In zona tranquilla e proprio di fronte a un supermercato fornitissimo. La casa è luminosa, fresca e silenziosa: nonostante il caldo non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata (presente in entrambi gli ambienti). L'abbiamo trovata comoda per un soggiorno lungo, grazie alla lavatrice e asciugatrice, e a una cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Di solito in questi alloggi pentole e padelle sono in pessime condizioni, qui invece no! Ci sono addirittura due diverse macchine per il caffè, una con filtro e una a capsule. Ultimo ma non per importanza, lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito.

Unico dettaglio stonato sono i tappeti, forse non freschi di bucato. Il pavimento è bello, non servono!

L'appartement est très bien, bien situé près d'un métro, en face d'une épicerie et entouré de restaurants. Endroit tranquille. Si je reviens au Portugal je retournerai sans hésiter à cet endroit La propriétaire est formidable, attentionné. Merci Telma

Location is great - Saldanha is an attractive area with great metro access and lots of supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Aircon extractor piping had perished at the back, so the aircon pumped hot air straight back into the apartment. Getting the shower to stay at an even temperature was next to impossible. The handheld toilet bidet head needs replacing so that it does not spray everywhere. The apartment door locking system's timing for auto-relock is way to quick for an exit. (It is also confronting) The stairwell lights go out very quickly, making descending the stairs challenging. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Room instructions were onerous and the signs used took away from the appearance of the apartment. This is the most difficult process I have ever had to follow to enter an apartment. If I had booked for longer than 2 nights I would have been requesting some kind of refund/remediation.
