Apartment Ulrich

Dobře vybavený apartmán se 2 dvojlůžkovými postelemi, kuchyňkou i koupelnou. Chodba domu pravidelně udržovaná a voňavá, možnost grilování na plynovém grilu v pergole a parkování těsně před vchodem. Majitel odpovídal prakticky ihned na naše dotazy. Doporučuji.

Horší těsnění druhých dveří mezi koupelnou a chodbou způsobovalo pocit, jakože jste na toaletě s dalšími lidmi. Chtělo by to lehce opravit kuchyňské šuplíky, u kterých nefungují stopky při výsuvu.

Die Lage des Objekts liegt direkt am Skigebiet KAMENEC. Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil und im Winter ist Allrad/Schneeketten zu empfehlen. Die im Apartment liegende Sauna ist grundsätzlich ein Komfort-Pluspunkt - jedoch würde ich mir hierfür einen Pauschalpreis wünschen.

Spacious apartment featuring a king-size bed and a compact, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

The room lacks curtains, which makes it difficult to get a deep sleep, and the towels had a slight odor after just one use. Additionally, the toiletries were very limited as only hand soap was provided, and the shower is quite small with a skylight that cannot be opened for ventilation.

I stayed at Apartment Ulrich alone, but the apartment was easily big enough for a larger group — it had two separate rooms and plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, there was a well-equipped kitchenette, and a clean, modern bathroom with a good shower. The absolute highlight, and a real game changer, was the sauna. After a cold winter day it was perfect. In January 2026 it cost 450 CZK. The apartment was very clean, warm, and well maintained. The owner was friendly, helpful, and easy to contact, which made the stay even more pleasant. Great location close to ski slopes and winter activities. Highly recommended.

* Wi-Fi was included and free, which was convenient, although the connection was not the strongest. * Due to icy conditions, I had to leave my car on a parking area about 200 meters below the apartment and walk up. Honestly, it turned into a nice morning warm-up.
