About this house rental

A holiday home that invites you to relax with its quiet location. The open and bright living and dining area with fireplace and kitchenette impresses with its comfortable and modern furnishings.

The open kitchen is fully equipped u. a. with an oven incl. Ceramic hob and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a floor-level shower with a small threshold in addition to the toilet and sink. You can spend relaxing hours of sunshine or cozy barbecues on the south terrace. A small lawn and sun loungers also give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather during your stay with us.
The village of Schwarz is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District directly on the Black Lake, south of the Müritz. In the village you will find a playground, swimming area with volleyball court and snack bar, restaurant, pract. Doctor, a home parlor with a small museum, small shop with snack bar, church, bike and canoe rental.

Das Objekt entspricht dem Inserat. Es ist insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Wegbeschreibung im Ort zur Ferienwohnung sollte etwas detaillierter sein.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in direkter Nachbarschaft zu weiteren Bungalows. Auf dem kleinen Terrassenbereich sitzt man relativ exponiert zum Weg und zum gegenüberliegenden Bungalow. Prinzipiell ist das Häuschen sauber und aufgeräumt, lediglich die Anzahl der Spinnenweben in den Ecken und an den Lampen war weniger toll. Leider war kein Feuerholz für den Kamin vorhanden. Das kennen wir von anderen Häuschen mit Kamin anders.

Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines "Sterns". Ein Stern besteht meist aus 3 Wohnungen. In der Siedlung sind diese sehr verschachtelt; somit hört man von verschiedenen Seiten Leben. Schwarz ist ein sehr kleiner Ort, etwas abseits. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Bootsanleger und Badestelle sind auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet. Leider merkt man, dass sie über eine Agentur verwaltet wird. Die sehr wackelige Spülarmatur schien noch niemand bemerkt zu haben. Auch die Reinigung (Flusen auf dem Laminat, abgeschnittene Fußnägel am Bett, angefangene Chipstüte im Schrank...) hätte man mit mehr Sorgfalt durchführen müssen. Gerade weil auch wegen Corona auf die extra Desinfektionsdurchführung hingewiesen wurde. Diese fand definitiv nicht statt! Den Flyer hinlegen und eine Flasche Desinfektionsmittel hinstellen, damit ist es nicht getan. Haben wir dann lieber noch mal selber durchgeführt.
