Fantastic location,exceptional facilities and very enjoyable stay

Outside area and BBQ needed a little TLC

Location was perfect, layout and design was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sun, and the bath was very relaxing! The beds were all comfortable, and the thought put into small details was fabulous.

The house alarm system was difficult to use and the alarm went off not long after we arrived. It was very distressing! Having to clean the apartment before departure, when paying a premium price to stay for 2 nights, was a kill joy. One of the ovens was smashed upon arrival, and although I mentioned it to the caretaker, he never responded to my message - it was not mentioned in the listing.

About a 7 min walk to the main street, and about a 5 min walk to one of the beaches. It was across from one but there was a massive car park and footy oval you had to cross to get to the beach. The furniture has since been updated but the photos on booking.com haven't been so it's MUCH nicer then the pictures show. Great appliances top of the range stuff in the house. Pretty happy. Excellent outdoor area also. Abit pricey but worth it for luxury and convenience. Also fantastic aircon that gets the whole house and every room.

It was very confusing we had check out instructions printed out inside the house that said we had to put the bins out on a Friday and set the alarm upon checkout. I msged the owner to double check where we put the bins was right and he called us saying the instructions were wrong and we went back inside and had to put the bins back which added on 20mins after we had already checked out. However the owner said he would fix those instructions as it was incorrect. Also the drier took way too long to dry clothes!
