Our guest house comfortably sleeps up to eight people, includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a main floor laundry, as well as all of the comforts of home. Enjoy the stone fireplace from the living room or kitchen with the open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. Take in the views from the huge wraparound deck with a gas grill and a sparkling hot tub. Enjoy the large pool located behind main house in the summer months. The small kids will love the large playground. There is a large concrete patio that overlooks the lake with the fire pit for weenie roasts, and s'mores. Fish the lake with the supplied fishing gear. Take a ride in a side-by-side through the property, all compliments of Bert and Cathy, owners of American Bounty Farms.

Even though you're in a secluded setting, you can still enjoy great phone service, free Wi-Fi and full streaming capability on our large flat screen TV with a Firestick for viewing pleasure. King size bed in master bedroom with 2 queen beds in guest rooms. The futon in the living room converts into full size bed.


The guest house is just a part of our secluded country estate. The aerial photos reveal a stellar view of the guest house, main house, barn, stocked lake, in-ground pool open in summer months, pastures and forest with trails for walking. You cannot get lost here as our entire 52 acres is completely fenced in!

If you are an equestrian, we can accommodate you with 20 acres of fenced in pasture, 20 acres of forest and riding trails, 8 stalls and an outdoor arena. We board full time, part time, or if you are just passing through. You are welcome to visit with our gentle horses, and our miniature horses as well!

Located off I-44 (old Rt 66) and highway 50 only minutes from Union Missouri, we are a great place to stay if retracing Rt 66.

We are only one hour away from the heart of downtown St. Louis and all of its attractions such as our world class Zoo, museums, Cardinal Baseball, Blues Hockey, Grants Farm, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, concert venues, shopping, and only 30 minutes from Six Flags Over Mid America. The entertainment choices are endless for adults and children.
