The perfect Sugarloaf Mountainside Studio Condo for a couple or small family. Recently renovated and equipped with all the high-end touches you could ask for!

Brand New carpeting throughout with built in walk-off for removing wet shoes or boots
A new custom Queen pull out sofa with a full height, plush memory foam mattress! No annoying thin mattress or metal bars in the back.
For returning guests - unfortunately due to property damage and multiple occurrences of pet waste not being properly removed, we can no longer allow guests to bring pets during stays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
One Full Size Murphy Bed
One Queen Size Pull-out Sofa
2 Twin & Full sized air mattresses are available for folks looking to squeeze an extra guest or child in.

Condo was great, well appointed and clean. Short walk to chair and to Sugarloaf Inn where Shipyard Brew Haus is located. Hope to make it back again!

What a great place to stay! The condo was exactly as advertised. Great spot close to the lifts and an accommodating host. Would absolutely stay again.
