Wow! What a gem! It's on the end of the building next to the path down to the beach. There's beach chairs available . There's a few palm trees right out back in case you want some shade from the morning sun. The 2 story building gave a less commercial feel unlike the rows of 10 story buildings you usually find. We wished we booked it for longer. The bathroom was small but who cares. Small washer and dryer but wirkable. We plan to come back.

This condo is well stocked with a variety of cooking supplies, utensils, pans, glasses, and bonus water filter pitcher. Host was responsive to questions. Location is easy to find. Assigned parking spot was great to have. Quick and easy access to Cocoa Beach. Direct view of the ocean. So many “extras” like beach chairs, umbrella, games, and more. Well thought out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location on beach and near restaurants and shops.
Unit itself was a little rough - stains on sofa, unswept patio, rusted kitchen sink and broken down dilapitated unworkable oven.
