This home not only has it all for the perfect family/friends retreat, but is a PRIME LOCATION - AVOID THE CROWDS/TRAFFIC/PARKING at the Village. It is situated in the exclusive HOMESITES AT SQUAW CREEK private community and overlooks the 4TH GOLF HOLE of the Resort at Squaw Creek. You are just minutes from world-class skiing, miles of hiking trails, ice skating, golf and the many restaurants at the Resort at Squaw Creek. Since the Resort operates its own ski lift for Resort guests and Homesite's owners, you would only have a 2 MINUTE DRIVE (10 minute walk) to access slopes!!!
