Condo is very clean and comfortable. The two pools and clubhouse are just a short walk around the corner with lots of lounge chairs.

The accommodations of the condo was as described the living room TV is a little high on the wall so you end up with a stiff neck if watching too long. As for the amenities the large Pool was dirty we seen a Band-Aid on the bottom of the pool on Monday our last day we left the pool cleaning guys were at the pool and the Band-Aid was still there after they left. We seem to be the only people that were harassed about pool passes multiple times during each day it seemed like we were the only ones that were asked for them Others had rafts and balls in the pool drinks on the apron and not and nothing was said to anyone.Parking was another issue the whole time we were there we were unable to park in front of the building we stayed at I was constantly searching other lots for parking spots and every night they had a card game tournament till 3am we could hear people talking and laughing the whole entire time.

Property was on the second floor, which was not disclosed until after I had reserve the unit and received the address, seeing that it was unit number 201. In addition, it was described as having a “stunning waterfront view”, what it actually was was a retention pond full of algae with an inoperable fountain. I enclosed a photo. The apartment was nice enough, but it showed signs of where and there were a few things that were broken or that just simply didn’t work. The property was dated, but at one time was probably very nice. It was very clean, but my wife and I, being in our late 70s, With some health issues, did not like climbing the stairs. Further, no one would ever want to sit on that balcony looking at that retention pond full of algae. The only stunning part about it was that we were stunned to see how unattractive it was.
