Lokalizacja obiektu, w pobliżu dworzec kolejowy oraz węzeł drogowy umożliwiający dojazd samochodem.
Trochę hałaśliwie przejeżdżające pociągi,ale ten fakt był w opisie obiektu.

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e curata. C’è molto silenzio e calma anche perché essendo solo 3 stanze è difficile trovare folla e la piscina è utilizzabile solo dagli ospiti del B&B. Si mangia molto bene e la comodità di avere un codice per poter entrare ed uscire dalla struttura permettere di avere un’ottima indipendenza.
Non avere nemmeno un mini frigo che per me era i dispensabile per mettere acqua, latte e medicinale dei bambini facevo anche molto caldo. La pulizia delle stanze che comprendeva solo un cambio di asciugamani ma pavimento e pezzi igienici non venivano puliti. E l’ansia che mi hanno messo il giorno della partenza pur vedendo che avevamo tanti bagagli. Potevo lasciare la stanza alle 10:30 ma alle 10:10 la signora è venuta a chiedermi di lasciare la stanza e mettere tutto fuori con due bambini piccoli che al momento piangevano anche disperati perché la signora delle pulizie sbuffava che doveva pulire la stanza nemmeno dovesse pulire chissà che reggia. Da premettere che prima mi era stato detto dalla stessa persona di fare tutor con calma non c’era fretta poi Ho dovuto mettere i bambini sotto al
Sole ad aspettare che mio marito facesse su e giù per le scale per caricare da solo i bagagli. Ho trovato la cosa davvero scortese. sul personale nonostante siano tutte brave persone c’è molto da lavorare perché si vede, a parte due figure maschili che sono presenti la sera, che gli altri sono tutti molto inesperiti ed impacciati. Poi grande pecca quel treno che passa di continuo tutta la giornata fino a tarda notte e ricomincia a l’alba.

we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, with the train nearby, we were able to visit the surrounding towns, and we spent our evenings in the lovely harbour by the sea. Communication with both the owners and the staff is always pleasant and fast. Tidy, great pool. We are especially grateful to the lady who was very kind and caring. It's a pity I didn't ask her name. The staff very friendly and helpful and worked really hard.
The proximity to the railway line , the noise of constant trains all day and night . The lack of basic facilities in the such as a kettle to make a drink. A small fridge, no information pack. If there had been an emergency no doctors telephone number , no police number, not shown where fire exits or extinguisher was. No staff at all during the night . The rooms were adequate but we were there for 8 nights and the sheets were not changed, towels yes but not the bedding. There was also several parties and meetings whilst we were there and we felt we were unable to use the bar etc because of this.
