Ruhige Lage, saubere Unterkunft, bequeme Parkmöglichkeit. WIFI. Nähe zum Strand (<50m). Gute Belüftung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung von Finistaire.
Die Unterkunft, vor allem Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sehr eng. Es gab häufiges Hundegebell aus der Nachbarwohnung, und Hinterlassenschaften von Hunden auf dem Rasen. Der Meerblick war vom Erdgeschoss durch die Sträucher nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich, sollte für diese Wohnung (A05) so nicht beworben werden. Fehlende Polster für die Stühle. Das Geschirr und Besteck war etwas knapp, so dass man die Geschirrspülmaschine unnötig oft anstellen musste. Die Beleuchtung der Küchenzeile war sehr dürftig.
