Golfito Maison D'hôtes

Lovely place the porch to look at the wildlife was amazing. The owner a french guy was really enthusiastic and fun. Had a laugh with him. We watched the 3rd place world cup game together. His wife was really nice and a great cook. The meals were delicious and excellent vaule and she made sure I was full. The bed was really comfortable slept like a log.

Claude and Teresa were both wonderful people and were very open to helping. Claude showed me around the garden and was pointing out wildlife. He then helped me find clothes shops nearby!

The veranda has a view into nature and you can observe some animals there. It's very quiet. The hosts, with whom you share hall and veranda, are attentive and communicative. Very clean. Breakfast (omelette) was very tasty.

The room is very small. We rented some bikes which seemed a bit expensive but had gear and looked well maintained, however, gears jumped a lot.

Thé property is well situated and close to everything. The house is just in the forest and the monkeys come to eat on the patio.

Theresa and Claudio was very nice people but put lot of pressure on me to buy their breakfast$, rent their bicycle $, wash my clothes$, bring me for a town tour$ and offer me to bring me to Panama for lot of money when I paid 2$ for the bus. Also they received 8 family members and they all come to the patio and I was there. Teresa offer her guests coffee, fruits and cookies just in front of me and offers me nothing like I was a piece of furniture. I can’t believe how rude with no manners she was. I feel so uncomfortable there, can’t wait to leave.
