The condo is situated within The Windsor building, offering exceptional amenities:
• One covered parking space included. One additional parking space may be available for an additional fee of $250/month.

• Picnic tents with grills
• 5th-floor fitness center with indoor pool, track, and hot tub
Some amenities may be temporarily closed for maintenance without notice.
We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
No pets are allowed at this property.
This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful condo that was exactly as advertised. The only downside is that the pool was under renovation the 3 months we stayed there with no end date in sight. Besides that it was a perfect stay in a prime location!

This property's location is unbeatable. Coupled with it's unmatched views of the city, for an extend stay in Denver, you're hard pressed to find another comparable property! The property manager was great! He made the booking and check-in processes easy! We'd highly recommend it to future guests.

I loved my two month stay in the heart of Denver. The view was stunning looking at all the holiday city lights especially the clock tower decked out in red and green lights.
