The apartment is located in beach village (Building 12 apt. 317), a community within Palmas, it has its own pool. The beach is right across the street.

PLEASE NOTE, ONLY THE APARTMENT ITSELF AND THE POOL LOCATED ON THE BEACH VILLAGE PREMISES IS WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL.
THE OTHER PICTURES REPRESENTS OTHER AMENITIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE

Great stay at Palmas Del Mar. Host was responsive to questions during our stay. Little extras like beach towels, beach chairs, and a rolling cooler were unexpected and much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Was a good size for the 2 of us. Kitchen was well equipped.

This was a fantastic little apartment for me and my partner. It was quiet but cute. We visited the beach access right from the complex. The pool area was amazing. I only wish there was hot water in the shower. We couldn’t get it to work.
