We have an amazing time together at Coconut Cove, the house has it all.. walk distance to the beach and a tiki restaurant that has really good tacos and drinks. You just need to bring your bathing suit and ready to enjoy your mini vacations. the house is very spacious, has a ping pong table, mini golf and a fútbol table

Our family loved our stay at this Bradenton Beach home. It was a short 2 to 3 minute walk to the pathway to the beach which was great for our teenagers. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard and the space was great for our family. The undercover relaxing area was great when we wanted to get out of the sun or when the Florida afternoon showers rolled in. The hot tub reached a perfect hot temperature and we loved being able to switch to the pool when we wanted a change in temp. The layout was great for our family and the rooms where very large. We do wish there was a bathroom on the first floor for easy access from the pool but we could use the exercise going to the second floor after all we ate lol. All in all, a great stay and would book again.

This house has a total of 5 flights of stairs. Anyone with older or elderly, should be cautious. You could hear every creak and movement in the house. However, that being said, the house is gorgeous. Pics didn’t do justice. The crows nest EASILY made it worth the walk up the stairs. However, we had issues with the tv and wifi. With having a little one, made it tough. When calling, we had a gentleman who came to the house to fix the tv named Adam. Attitude was on 100 bc We didn’t hear the doorbell. Never ID’d himself, just waltz in the house upset we didn’t hear the doorbell or knocking. We had an infant plus part of 8 on all levels of the house, on a Sunday. While the house itself was great, I would probably 50/50 use AMI again bc of the issues with that gentleman and the rudeness. Beautiful property. 50/50 for customer service.
