It was satisfactory for our requirements and close to all amenities and ideal for a short break and had everything you would need for a short stay.

Excellent Accommodation for short break

Location is ideal for those wanting to spend a week playing golf in the Morayshire/Banffshire area. Multiple courses to choose from and some of the historical gems are not far e.g. Cullen. Local facilities in Lossiemouth are good - good food whether restaurant, pub or takeaway. Local grocery stores for essentials with large supermarket in Elgin only 15 minutes away. Property ideal for two singles, couple or family. Enclosed garden. Nearby beach miles of safe sand.

Had the most enjoyable stay and the weather could not have been any better.

Some more cutlery eg.knives (there were only 4) a few smaller dishes for keeping any left overs in. The mattresses in both rooms were too soft for us but that is a personal preference.

Comfy, warm and relaxing

The cottage contained everything we needed. It was extremely clean, lovely and warm and like a ‘Tardis’ inside. It was handy to have everyday essentials there such as tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid etc. Location was great for getting to the west and east beach and amenities. Will definitely return next year.

There has been a great deal of thought in ensuring guests have everything they need.

The house is well located for the local town facilities and a bus stop is located at the top of the road making easy to travel into Elgin. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are excellent and during a four night stay we had everything we needed - top marks to the host for the level of thought to give guests a more than satisfactory visit.

I have nothing to comment as liked everything about the property.

Good size, very tidy, lovely big garden, wood fireplace. Ideally situated. Has Wi-Fi, TVs in three rooms. Plenty of kitchenware: plates, bowels, glasses, etc. Consumables provided: washing soaps (hand, dish washer, clothes washer), toilet paper, trash bags.

Minor things: bathroom sink fixture was loose, light over stove did not illuminate.

Nice little getaway

The cottage is lovely, quiet and cosy. Nice little log burner for cosy nights in. Easy access feom drive when unpacking the car. The washer/dryer came in handy for doing laundry before coming home. Overall, had a great experience in this little cottage.

Absolutely recommended 👌

Cottage was lovely, easy walk to the beach and into the town which has everything required. Large supermarket 10 minute drive. Very clean and nicely decorated. We found a nice soft play centre for our children and it had bowling for bigger kids. Spey Bay and portgordon exceptional for spotting wildlife.

Loved the layout. It had everything we needed plus more. We took some basics and didn't use them as everything was supplied. Just a short walk from a smashing beach, perfect for a sea air walk, which took us right past a great chippie. 😊 Very cosy especially in the Autumn evenings with the log burner.

Location was great. Five minute walk to the beach and other shops. If you need public transport the bus stop was two minutes away. Lots to do and see in the area and having a comfortable cottage to come back to made it a great stay.

Location for what I needed was spot on - short walk into the centre of Lossiemouth or the beach if you fancied it. And a Co-Op only a minutes drive away. Cottage was excellent for my stay with everything in there you could need - dishwasher, washing machine, micro-wave, decent sized bath with good shower over, tvs in bedrooms etc Wifi was good - plenty of speed for Netflix etc Can't comment on the garden - it was too cold to sit outside!! 😁
