Die Lage der Wohnung top. Aussicht auf Porto Giunco sehr schön. Die Wohnung selber ist schön und gross. Dass der Zugang der Nachbarn "durch" unsere Terrasse ging störte uns nicht. Die Treppe ist gleich vorne, und die Nachbarn sind sehr sehr nett und unauffällig. Gastgeber sehr nett und gut organsiert, pünktlich und unkompliziert.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut. Aber es fehlten Weingläser, nicht mal einen Flaschenöffner für Wein und Bier war vorhanden. Wir hatten 4 Sonnenschirme, 3 defekt. Von den 2 Strandstühlen war einer defekt, wurde aber nicht ersetzt. Die automatische Toröffnung war defekt. Grundsätzlich Kleinigkeiten, aber bei diesem Preis habe ich andere Erwartungen. Garage tiptop, aber mit grösseren Autos wirklich sehr eng.

L’appartamento è comodo con due bagni e un bello spazio interno. Una camera matrimoniale si due è molto piccola rispetto all’altra
La salita del garage è molto scomoda e può essere difficile il parcheggio in garage.
