Calinda Sol 7 is a recently renovated, modern townhouse offering relaxed coastal living just moments from the calm waters of Clarkes Beach. Downstairs, guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, open‑plan lounge and dining area, and a large flat‑screen TV — an inviting space to gather after long beach days. A powder room is also located on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms open onto a sunny veranda, and all feature built‑in wardrobes.
Master bedroom: queen bed, walk‑in robe, TV and ceiling fan
Second bedroom: queen bed, small TV and air conditioning
Third bedroom: double bunk bed
The main bathroom has been beautifully renovated and includes a shower, wooden vanity, large mirror and separate toilet. A double garage is also available.

We had an amazing time at Calinda Sol 7. The complex itself is tidy and quiet and includes a pool and tennis court which is great! It's just a few minutes walk to the beach and close enough to walk to town too. The Ray White staff were excellent too. We had a problem with an air conditioner and they were so prompt and helpful and had it fixed straight away. Thanks guys! Looking forward to our next trip.

The WIFI was great with the smart TVs. The air-conditioning was also great and the beds very comfortable.

Outstanding accommodation, perfect for a family.
Great feel and vibe, close to the beach. Great outdoor areas and BBQ. Pool is also great.
Would love to come again!
