I thought that this listing is directly managed by booking.com otherwise would'nt book it. This house is managed by other intermediate company called Interchalet. This MUST be written in the listing description. Because, contrary to booking.com this company does not have a good customer service. The host (A person that was announced in the voucher sent by interchalet) was not responsive. The telephone number belonged to other person and I could never talk with him in person via phone. Once I needed help he responded a day later by SMS. The stuffs at the chalet are very old. Many parts of the house does not have light or does not have electricity (e.g. living room and kitchen). Inside the house was not clean and there was dust everywhere. We found some long hairs on the beds, which later was claimed that was us that left these. The worse is that the host expects you clean the house better that you received it, otherwise he does not return the deposit.
