- NOTE: The HOA has strict parking restrictions. No more than 3 cars are allowed. No trailer or boat is allowed unless it is parked in the garage. Cars or pickup trucks must be ¾ ton or smaller. Pickups using the industry designation of 250 or 2500 class or smaller qualify as ¾ ton. Trucks with dual-wheel rear axils do not meet this requirement and are prohibited. Motor homes, large conversion vans, and camper shells are also prohibited. These vehicles may be loaded and unloaded only when parked on the driveway bib
