Have stayed here a total of 3 times always 3 people. We like the property, we like Utopia also. We bow hunt in D’Hanis and like the proximity. Thank you. Please consider upgrading the living area couch and chair. Not enough support. But that’s minor . Overall we really enjoy the property and location.

If you all are looking to stay in a cozy little home away from the city than this is the place for you. There is pleanty of room for your family to just relax and enjoy nature.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Plaster was falling off the walls. The doors and walls all have black grimy surfaces. Couch and main chair was old smelly microfiber. We had to put two blankets over them just to feel comfortable sitting on them. The lamp in one bedroom did not have a bulb in it and on the second day the overhead light went out. On the bright side...the roach in the main bedroom was dead when we arrived.
