It is situated beside the largest Robinsons Mall with plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The country’s capital is full of culture and history. Guests can easily reach the Manila Bay and Rizal Park within a 10-15 minute walk. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Manila Ocean Park, National Museum of the Philippines, Cultural Center of the Philippines, Mall of Asia, Ferry Terminal to Corregidor Island and to the famous “Walled City" of Intramuros -a must see! Our listing can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons, ideally 2 adults and 1 kid. The rate posted here is for 2 persons only. If more than 2 will be staying, kindly indicate this in your booking request. Rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Pls bring a photocopy of your valid IDs (you and your companion/s) or send me a pic of your IDs through the mobile app once you finalize your reservation. must be provided as soon as possible prior check-in for building formalities and hassle-free check-in.
Clean the equipment after use.
Kindly treat the unit as yours and maintain good sanitation and orderliness.
Garbage sealed in a plastic bag can be disposed at Sanitary Room located near elevator door at the 21th Floor.
Ensure all electrical equipment, lights and water faucets are turned off / unplugged before leaving the unit, even for a short period of time. Likewise, these should be turned off when not in use.
Avoid making unnecessary noise in the hallways and room in order not to disturb other tenants in the building.
The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on premises. Any inconvenience caused by the building amenities, the Host shall not be liable. If problems arise during your stay, contact the Host immediately or ask assistance from the Front Desk Lobby so that issues will be resolved as soon as possible.

The building is located near the Robinson's Mall which makes it convenient to access the mall. There was a little confusion with checking in because there are two separate lobbies and at first they could not find my reservation. One of the elevators was out of service for a few days which made for some frustration. It would have been nice to have a frying pan and spatula in the kitchen.
