A mountain shuttle operates daily during the winter ski season from **8:00 AM to 4:30 PM**.
Many resort amenities and facilities operate seasonally.
Due to the mountainous terrain, many buildings do not have elevators and may require climbing multiple flights of stairs.
Suite assignments may require a room change during longer stays due to inventory constraints.
Accommodation requests must be submitted to Smugglers' Notch Owner Services at least two weeks before arrival and are subject to availability.
**Mandatory Resort Fees (collected at check-in):**
* 1 Bedroom Suites: **$47**
* 2 Bedroom Suites and Larger: **$57**

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Check-in time: **5:00 PM**.
Check-out time: **10:00 AM**.
Mandatory resort fees collected by the resort at check-in:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at Smuggs and this location in Willows was so convenient with a short walk to ski down to the Morse lift and ski school meeting area. It was spacious for our family of 4 and a great retreat over the holidays to get some skiing in! Thank you!!

Very nice, large suite and great activities for kids. Horrible check-in procedure - took 3 hours to get our room (past when it was supposed to be ready) and little communication about when it would be ready.
