Our stay was nice, listing was accurate and property was beautiful. Hot tub was not useable as it was quite dirty. This was disappointing because we the hot tub was one of the reasons we had booked this property. We also notice that the house wasn’t clean, bathroom trash cans were not taken out from the previous guests that had stayed, they were full to the top with feminine hygiene products. Rooms were dusty and many cobweb and bugs had accumulated in parts of the house. Over all the home was great and perfect for our stay, but it needed a more detailed clean.

We loved the house and the property and were very comfortable! Our only critique would be that the laundry room was not swept and there were some big cobwebs in the 1/2 bath and a couple of the light fixtures. There were also some bugs that got in through the master windows when they were opened even though we saw no holes. Just wanted to make you all aware of that.

When we got there things seemed to be ok, after a long day of driving some family wanted to use the hot tub and it was filthy, brown, cloudy and just nasty, we called and our contact said said they would send someone right out, they showed up the next afternoon. The BBQ was filthy and the lid to the garbage located next to island kitchen had moldy food on it, was nasty. We were not told that the motocross competition was that weekend and much to our surprise we were directly under the helicopter flight path and next to landing pad, luckily we were not there the whole day. We were harassed trying to get in and out on the road I called out contact to see if we could get some sort of pass and never got a call back. The ladt day we were loading up and the garage door spring broke, we were only given one dish washer soap pod so could not start dishwasher when we left and not enough recycle cans. I called to advise contact if all that and never heard anything back.
Communication was pretty much non existent.
Will probably not rent again.
