Approximately 460 square feet, this One-Bedroom Condo features 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants. Private sleeping area sleeps two.
Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Stereo, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Fireplace, Jetted Tub - Most and Stairs - Some.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Flagstaff is Pulliam Field which is 6.8 miles by car respectively.

It was extremely easy to rent and everyone was extremely helpful upon arrival. Such a beautiful location and great to be able to use the Country Club facilities

Nice property. Check in was confusing as we were not aware it was a timeshare. Had difficulty getting pool passes from concierge as he was insistent that we take a 90 minute tour. Downstairs neighbors we pretty noisy but fortunately it was only for our last night. Otherwise, beautiful neighborhood to walk and nice quiet deck area to relax.

I was skeptical of the outcome because the VRBO note stated that the actual condo would not be exactly like the pictures. However, it was super nice, pretty updated, nice patio, comfortable beds. Very spacious and had everything we needed to cook basic meals. The kitchen had a welcome basket with coffee and popcorn. There was a large jacuzzi tub in both of our condos. The amenities were convenient and fun for our 2-12 year old boys (the pool opened, hot tub, and mini golf, plus you can purchase ice cream and starbucks at the community center). The location was great too-close to grocery stores, gas station, and restaurants.
Communication with the actual resort was excellent-they called to check on us, promptly delivered extra coffee etc. But when trying to correspond with the VRBO manager I had to email a couple of times to get a response. Additionally, we had to move condos on our last night so that was an inconvenience. We had to pack our bags and the resort came and moved our things while we were off hiking in the Grand Canyon which, but when we returned we had to go back to check in and get new keys to a new condo for 1 night. When we got to our condo, our keys didn't work. Again-the resort promptly sent maintenance to let us in, but after a long day of hiking it was just sort of annoying. Per the resort-"sometimes when you book through VRBO, your stay gets split." None of these things will prevent us from staying there again in the future! It really was super nice.
